The unit on the left is a single hung six over six plain-rail unit secured with spring bolts. The weight and pulley unit on the right features double hung two over one check-rail sash glazed with restoration glass, a wooden storm sash and wooden half screen (not shown). Smith Restoration Sash fabricated 23 of the check-rail windows for the complete renovation of a late 19th century home.
